Quickly sauté the shrimp (about 30 seconds per side). Set aside. In the same pan: Gently sauté the garlic and chili without browning. Add the tomatoes and cook for another minute. Pour in the wine and let it reduce slightly. Add the cooked pasta, pour in the shrimp stock, and toss well so all flavors coat the pasta.
