Not snacking, and having 2 satisfying meals a day has done it for me. It’s pretty simple. If I want chips, I have some with my meal. If I want a chocolate treat, I have it with my meal.

I’ve been doing your protocol for about 6 weeks and have definitely noticed a difference in my shape… BUT this July 4th weekend was my 1st celebration weekend and I totally blew it!! I generally eat my first meal of the day at around noon. And then I eat dinner between 630 and 730. This has worked pretty consistently for me overtime. It is true that sometimes I am full after all of the nutrient food that I’m eating. This is not a problem! In many ways, this is ideal. It is your body saying that she has gotten what she’s needed. The quiet of the food noise makes this much easier.

So, I love a little oatmilk in my tea, and it is what screws up my fasting. I don't use any sweetener, just a half a cup or so of oatmeal or soy milk, then a banana later in the afternoon, and a dinner around 6.

what times would you suggest eating breakfast and then your 2nd meal dinner? I tried this and felt great but 2 things happened. I feel my dinner was too late and at both meals I was extremely full due to having everything that was required....Fibre, enough protein and something sweet*healthy sweet treat or just a cup of coffee with natural stevia.

I was working with a dietitian and wellness coach for a year and I gained 25 pounds. I started your approach on June 22 and I am down over 5 inches and 4.4 pounds. Good to know. Frankly I agree. I’m just not that hungry anymore. It’s surprising my mind thinks breakfast lunch and dinner but my stomach says naw I’m just not hungry yet

My problem is that the best part of my day starts with coffee and real coconut cream. Trying to wait is torture. Also, I workout early mornings. My body needs fuel after a workout. I could skip dinner, but usually that means I’m not getting enough nutrients with just breakfast, lunch and snacks. I have heathly lunches, but also have to balance easy to prepare and take to work. 😩
