@helentaylorrr: no other choice in this weather🤷🏼‍♀️ ad you’ll need: - 1 small ripe banana - 3x H&B medjool dates, pitted - 1tbsp H&B greek extra virgin olive oil - 2tbsp H&B manuka honey - pinch of sea salt - 300g full fat greek yogurt (to serve): - 1 ripe banana - small knob of butter - chopped peanuts method: 1. begin by placing the banana, dates, olive oil, honey, sea salt and greek yogurt in your blender cup and blitz until completely smooth. (alternatively, you can blend everything separately to the dates and just roughly chop these and stir through - this way, you will have some chewy texture!). 2. pour into a container of choice - mine is a jar but any tupperware will do! 3. pop into the freezer for at least 6 hours or ideally, overnight. 4. once ready to serve, melt the butter in a pan and slice the banana lengthways through the middle. 5. place the banana slices face down onto the pan and fry on a medium heat for a few minutes or until golden brown. 6. carefully flip over and cook for another couple of minutes. 7. remove the frozen yogurt from the freezer and you can either wait a few minutes for it to slightly thaw or you can place a spoon into boiling water before scooping out your yogurt. 8. serve in a bowl and top with the caramelised banana and finally, a handful of chopped peanuts…or just enjoy as it is! @Holland & Barrett 🤎 #Summer #frozenyogurt #yogurt #yogurtbowl #dessert
