Hi Melissa ! Do you notice that when we propagate yellow snake plant from a leaf, the new plant will never produce the yellow edges. It will be always green, not yellow. I have never seen it happen.

Cut it down into 3” each you’ll get more plants, better chance of propagating and it roots 3 times faster!

for me putting little cuttings directly in soil worker better than water.... sure it took several months but it rooted eventually.... for water propagation the cutting rotted !
