Hey mrwollas I think you’ve talked about this before but I’m not sure but can we manipulate and our deep sleep by taking sleep in like 2 cycles for example we’re asleep by 10 pm and we wake up at 3am and go to bed agaiin and wake up at 7am would this increase our deep sleep especially if take certain things such as. L theanine magnesium melatonin etc. also love your content bro
