Now try chorizo with roasted green chilli gravy ! thank me later it will be a hit .., it was at my place and on my commercial Ak fishing boat my crew asks for it often so we buy a lot of chorizo an fire roasted green chilli ! At my place I no longer have but I’d serve up a platter of hash browns 2 split biscuits sausage patty an fried egg on each half 4 each n all then smother with chorizo green chilli gravy Fresca cheese or cheddar fried jalapeños an beans on side ! Enjoy !
