Btw this is not how spotify works, they dont just have a password. All the user has to do is make a song and have their artist name be the same and associate it with that artist. It can happen to anyone and its only more difficult for more popular artists because labels can claim their specific spotify page (only once they are popular enough or through submitting requests)
