the “Islamic dilemma” is just stupid, in classical Arabic grammar, there is a massive difference between kalimat(words/decree) and Kitab (Written books/scripture) when the Quran says no one can change God’s words (Kalimat) it's just talking about universal decrees, laws of nature and promise of Allah - such as the righteous will eventually win or the day of judgment will happen no human being can just change or stop this decree. The Quran states man altered the Kitab (Scripture), “ and indeed there is among them a party who distort the scripture with their tongue so you may think it's his from the scripture, but it is not from the scripture and they will say this is from Allah, but it is not from Allah” (Surah Ali imran 3:78) you can change the scripture, but you cannot change God's actual words and decrease because they have already happened and they are going to happen
