its called an all inclusive! and most hotels in cancun are that way! and its not dangerous

For those curious the cheapest I saw for three night was just under a grand. Free breakfast and dinner.

Decade ago when I was living in Asia, I stayed in Riu Hotel in Antalya, Turkey. It was ultra all inclusive, which means even imported alcohol is free. They fed us 5 times a day. Fresh food everyday and even they would leave some midnight snacks overnight for those who party late. Every night new entertainment. They even took us in free buses to the local night club with free welcome drinks. I have never seen that kinda hospitality in other places. I would order 5 different cocktails everyday to try. I paid $500 for 5 days, including International flight from other country.
