I have this exact one. I hope it helps. I've had bad teeth since I was a little kid. I've had a total of 15 fillings in my life and nobody can tell me why. I've always brushed and flossed. I've always used mouthwash. it feels so defeating.

My sister is a dentist and she had our whole family switch to this toothpaste years ago. None of us have had cavities since making the switch 😊 I wish more people knew about it but she says dentists have to be careful about making recommendations that go against common practice.
