I've been using a menstrual cup for the last three years or so (I think since I was 14 at least😭 maybe longer) and I LOVE it! Before I always used tampons and honestly menstrual cups are really just the better version of tampons🥹 it's waste free, you can keep it in for up to 12 hours (although I've accidentally had it in for much longer and it's fine lol) and it saves you sooo much money

One thing I discovered and that changed my life : menstruel underwear. They are litteraly SO comfy and you can even find boxers if you have abondant (¿abundant? sorry I'm French so I'm not sure) periods. I loose a LOT of whatever we loose and I've never had issues (except when I wasn't sure of what to wear because they are some different ones depending on the ¿ flaw / flow ? and I decided to wear the lightest one 🥲!)
