Our Government will buy for themselves car's and pass allowances in one two day's after passing a budget, but let it come to the taxpayer,the owner of that money, yet tractors can be bought with such Billions they pass, putting families in Cooperative groups is so simple and equipping them and open up small Companies, just like the way they have done it with PDM, but still a failure 🤦♂️, that's why it's important to change governments such that they keep on finding different solutions for the Pipo,we have so many comfortable Pipo in public offices,who think they can handle things lightly without punishment,Ooh Uganda
