A latte is milk and expresso. Not that plus 400 calories worth of syrup and foam. The US is the only place in the world that adds all that sugar to lattes. If you have lattes anywhere else in the world, it’s mainly expresso and milk with minimal add ins. An actual latte and actual coffee taste
