Epiduo. However, it is a very strong acid which will dry out your skin A LOT, especially the firts couple of weeks you are using it. It was described me form a dermatologist, so I recommend asking a dermatologist if it is safe to use it for your skin type. And also if you decide to use it you ought to use sunscreen.

Tbh I’ve gotten prescribed three different acne creams, first Epiduo it worked really well during the first 6 months, eventually the effect slows down and makes your skin worse, then I got acnatac it did not do anything, I’m currently on skinoren and it’s been doing wonders for my skin!
