Would you suggest before you clean your teeth going to bed . Use the xylitol then clean your teeth ? Was thinking when watching this video. We were at a barbecue the other night. Do you have anything against 1.1% prescriptive sodium fluoride toothpaste? I've been using it for months but I’m not seeing a difference. I've formed two itty bitty holes on some of my back teeth too.
