This is completely nonsense, 1 the age was 9 not 6, 2 the times and the term "puberty or in Arabic bulugh" or "teenager" wasn't anything back then, it was purely biological signals, if she is mentally physically and religiously ready she can marry, however, if she isn't physically ready, like for instance if she is too skinny and a intimacy would damage her or would put her at risk, then its impermissible to marry and it doesn't matter what age it could be 9 or even 30, when the marriage happened, it doesn't directly mean sleeping together for intimacy reasons, this is bcs this generation is full off fitnah and automatically think that marriage os directly sleeping together like you guys do, the prophet didn't live in the same house with her for a few years. The Prophet SAW is the perfect example, the sunnah even shows how special the women are, the prophet even died in her arms. The normal then, now not is just brainwashed and presentism, you could hardly find any women to marry at 18 years old, if it's NOW normal to marry at 18 years old than that's strange too because it's not the norms of then so why isnt this strange. To accurately evaluate historical figures, it is a strict academic requirement to use historical contextualization. As you said, different times, different norms. Many of the marriages of muhammed pbuh were for a purpose. Later on Aisha became one of the most important transmitters of hadith and a major authority on Islamic law, family life. Yes, he is the example of the perfect human, tho that doesnt mean that every single action has to be copied, but rather his way of living, justice, love for people, mercy honesty, if we were to copy every single action, lots of wars would emerge which is not happening+ violence with no reason is prohibited. +Marriage in islam is based on both mental and phisical maturity+ social acceptance. Obviously a marriage like that today would not be acceptable, tho it was back then. U can try all u want, u will never achieve nothing with this.

i also just want to add that if muhammad was chosen as the prophet despite child marriage, allah must have agreed with to choose to make muhammad his final prophet, the best role model for muslims and the man who he revealed his direct word to. so if muslims say that child marriage is wrong, they’re disagreeing with allah

The marriage happened at 9 and climate in Arabia at the time made people mature quicker so Aisha was post-pubescent. Aisha herself and her parents were accepting of the marriage showcased in many a hadith. Islam does not teach that child marriage is okay, but someone must being married should have reached puberty first to combat those who marry girls not of age.
