When Windu utters the phrase in the Chancellor's office, at that moment in Anakin's mind, the and the Jedi are morally equal. This makes it easier for Anakin to choose the Sith. But if you take a minute to think about are the Jedi really as morally corrupt as Sith, just because they both believe the best way to deal with a Sith Lord is to unalive them? No the Jedi are way more moral than the Sith, but by Palpatine finding a common conclusion between the Sith and Jedi, it's all Anakin needs to convince himself that the Jedi are evil and the Sith are the good guys.
