the only app I kind of rely on for my disabilities is Finch because with my ADHD it's easier to remember if I took my meds if I have a little treat after I have on my exercise put on it and it's been helpful for me for the last 4 years so...

So glad more people are speaking out about this!! I talked about it online and one of the creators ended up commenting about how they’re just a small company and wouldn’t want to replace human connection… It all just feels very wrong to me.

THANK YOUUUU ive been getting so many ads for it and it drives me bonkers… people are going to end up doing harmful things because AI *will* just give you confirmation for whatever it is you think you have which may well be the wrong thing. Also the AI in general is just. ew. And privacy?? Hello??

also something I've noticed with people using ai, if you ask the same question in quick succession, even just like the auto ai on Google, it will give you a different answer every time, that should be a red flag to anyone using ai that it is making things up or making assumptions

This has been worrying me a lot. I'm a psychology student and I have been sent multiple studies to participate in already (as in masters students that are conducting studies for their masters thesis) on Juno. For Juno it was about how Juno can help learn about nutrition and biochemistry. I have also seen other chatbots getting developed for assistance during mental health episodes and crisis situations. I am genuinely concerned about the amount of not only influencers but also (aspiring) professionals that deem GenAI as an appropriate ressource for severe health issues.

The guy in my medical appointment used ai to take notes during my appointment. It was like a speaker to record what I was saying. This resulted in him forgetting to tell me things he said he would say at the end and overall it felt so unprofessional and lazy and I felt more like an inconvenience that a patient
