Sheet Pan Doner Kebab 🥙🔥 This is one of my favorite takeout meals, but restaurants have gotten so expensive so I started making this popular recipe at home. It tastes like something you’d order at a restaurant, but costs a fraction of the price. If you’re like me, you don’t eat out much anymore because restaurants are so expensive. That’s why I share simple and affordable meals that save you time and money. Follow for more weeknight staples. Ingredients Meat • 1 lb ground beef • 1 lb ground lamb • 1 large onion, grated and squeezed dry • 4 garlic cloves, minced • ⅓ cup whole milk Greek yogurt • 3 tsp cumin • 2½ tsp coriander • 1 tsp smoked paprika • 1 tsp dried oregano • 1 tsp salt • ½ tsp black pepper • ½ tsp cinnamon • ½ tsp garlic powder • ½ tsp onion powder Salad • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, quartered • 1 small red onion, thinly sliced • ½ cup cucumber, diced • ¼ cup parsley, chopped • ½ tsp dill • Juice of ½ lemon • 1 tsp olive oil • 1 tsp salt • ½ tsp pepper Tzatziki • 1 cup Greek yogurt • ½ cucumber, grated and squeezed dry • 2 tbsp mayonnaise • 1 tbsp olive oil • 1 tbsp lemon juice • 1 tbsp dill • ½ tsp salt • ½ tsp pepper • 1 small garlic clove, grated For Serving • Pita bread or naan • Optional: feta cheese Instructions 1.	Preheat oven to 425°F. 2.	In a large bowl, combine the beef, lamb, onion, garlic, yogurt, and spices. Mix aggressively for 3–4 minutes until it turns into a paste. 3.	Divide into 4 portions. Place one portion between parchment paper, roll it out flat, then roll it into a log. 4.	Place on a sheet pan and bake for 15–18 minutes until cooked through. 5.	While the meat bakes, make your salad and tzatziki. Mix all ingredients for each and let sit until ready to use. 6.	Let the meat cool slightly, then slice thin. Spread on a sheet pan and broil for 3–5 minutes until browned and crispy. 7.	Serve in warm pita or naan with salad and tzatziki, and top with feta cheese if using. #easydinners #doner #kebab
