i also had low iron and heavy periods. I changed my diet completely, and used only organic cotton pads, and when possible, wean myself off my period

If possible, maybe take a break from BC & look into some supplements that balance hormones🤷🏽♀️maybe get opinions from other doctors too bc some will brush it off, treat it like it’s minor, & not give the advice you need (learned from experience)

irregular period are the WORST. I usually have mine for 3-4 days and stop for like 3 months, then back to my period. Its so draining 😔
