I'm doing my best to recover from the narcissistic abuse.I've endured for the last year and a half. on top of a cundalini awakening that I had in the middle of all of it and suppressed childhood trauma that resurfaced august of last year. i went into the lower tree of kabbalah and I have found myself back in the earthplane. I had my natural gifts stripped and returned, but I feel like a newborn baby. I Do not know how to feel better in my own skin. My nervous system has been fighting me.
