i hope he wasnt doing unliscensed electric work because 52 an hour for apprentice level electric work isnt really legal in most states.no construction worker doing general work makes 52 an hour unless a business owner.

Girl I went through this exact situation! My ex got nothing because we were not married when I got my inheritance and he also quit his job on his own and I supported him! Also there was no contract stating we agreed on him receiving money to help voluntarily on his own! Look into your states laws or at least consult with an attorney!
