If I remember correctly, the Noctua fan you refer to comes with splitters and other accessories like a low noise adapter, silencer, etc. in the box. They are expressive but for this price they provide all things in the box

Corsair RS120 are pretty cheap and got more cfm than those Noctua, of course they're a bit noisier but for the price difference..
