Found as a stray, Carlos greeted field officers with a wagging tail, happily accepted pets, and walked right onto a leash with his signature friendly attitude. Since arriving at the shelter, volunteers have continued to describe him as affectionate, social, and eager to spend time with people. ❤️ Carlos loves: 🐾 Belly rubs 🐾 Cuddling with his people 🐾 Walks and adventures 🐾 Stuffed toys 🐾 Car rides 🐾 Lounging around the house after getting his exercise He’s a smart boy, too! Carlos already knows sit, down, shake, and part of stay, appears to be potty trained, and has excellent house manners according to his daycation volunteers. Carlos enjoys meeting new people and has done well with children while on leash. In playgroup, he’s social with other dogs, enjoys friendly greetings, and prefers a relaxed, dainty play style. Like many young dogs, Carlos can be energetic when he first comes out.
