Mine get free school meals anyway but that’s awesome, shame that to fund that they’ve taken away the vouchers we would normally get to help us fund for kids lunches during half term and summer holidays

This thing about half term clubs is wrong. They offer vouchers to cover the cost of half term clubs right? But I don’t use my voucher, so where does the £90-150 whatever we used to get in the holidays…where is that going instead? Because it’s not to me or my son…it’s not to the school- it’s going to people’s bonuses or being shifted around for something else.

Trust me, school office staff do not need parents phoning in about this! We have enough on our plate at this time of year! Our local authority provided us with an email which we sent to parents containing a link for registration after 1st August

just apply on council website, did on Saturday, had confirmation today from Sept 2026 there entitled :), but not to thr vochurs in half term.
