For everyone asking, she said KUGIG toothpaste. It's the orange-and-white one on Amazon. I think her whole point was taking care of your enamel before you end up needing expensive dental work.

As a dentist, I tell my patients all the time—don't wait until your tooth starts hurting. By then, the cavity has usually reached the nerve, and you're looking at a root canal. The goal is to protect your enamel before it gets to that point. A hydroxyapatite toothpaste like KUGIG is a solid option for daily care.
