Every penny I have goes into a money “pot” the bigger the number I’m looking at I’m less likely to move the money to buy stupid stuff or things I just don’t need !

take cash out. Every day empty your purse out & everything £5 note and under goes straight in tin/ jar. If you need money before payday you can just take the £5 notes out to use
