Updated features in an outdated layout. No privacy from neighbors. Looks like you can literally touch the neighbor’s deck. This is a home for a first time buyer but not at a their price point. Plus HOA fee? Hopefully the neighborhood makes up for the cost difference?

You can get a single family home for 750k way closer to old town! People move away from old town to kingstowne for more space/more affordability. Unless it was in a super desirable neighborhood in kingstowne I think this is slightly overpriced, even 690k would be better. Also, there’s zero curb appeal and I agree with staging. And lastly, it’s giving builder grade/starter home with the finishes. I would want to renovate but for that price it’s not worth it.

No curb appeal with parking spaces; no privacy in the back and it’s a middle unit. None of which the owner can change. I think it’s priced too high. Goes to Edison HS? It should be closer to $650k

It is priced WAY too high. No garage, carpet 🤮 (genuinely if I see carpet as a buyer I think about how much it’s going to cost me to rip out for manufactured wood), minimal natural light (only two sides b/c it’s a connected condo & those tiny windows don’t help), lowered ceilings, no pantry, ‘o linen closets, small DARK bedrooms, etc. If you work in DC, Kingstowne is also a pain in the ass for public transit.
