uhh so basically in the past my mom has told me that she’ll accept me if i bring home a girl or boy she basically doesn’t gaf about that, like she’s supportive of that, but she has told me that i better not come home to her saying i was a different gender than what i was born. Ive slowly realized i am trans, but idk if she still thinks the same way as she used too so im too scared to tell her. What do i do? (and i can’t like hint about if she’s supportive of trans people, because she is, just not her own kids which is weird)

hi :) thank you so much for making this video. i already came out to friends & family (not people at school, but i already know how i'll go about it) but if i hadn't, this would've been probably the most important video for me to see. seriously, this is something a lot of people need to see. i love that you didn't try to tell us to say it out loud or do it in a certain way, you're just trying to help other trans people. that's strangely rare to see nowadays (even in our own community unfortunately) so i'm glad you made this :)

I came out twice, one time I told them directly and the other time with a letter I was in my early teens and they didn't take me seriously I'm thinking of telling them again bc not being able to transition is really hard for me, but I'm also scared they won't help me I'll be an adult soon anyway but it's so important to me that my parents and especially my younger sister support me, and Idk what to do bc I'm scared

Whenever i talked to my mom about trans people, i became fully aware that she'd prolly either send me to a mental hospital, beat me up or waste her life savings on therapy. But at the same time it's already draining to live while not coming out to anyone
