This is great, but can I make one request? Is it possible to get one in metal? At least for all the parts that cat urine touches? We had a robot litter box and loved the idea of it but once a plastic container comes in contact with cat urine there is just no amount of soaking or scrubbing that gets that smell out. We went back to a standard metal litter box.

Is it made of wood? I feel that a stainless steel version would last longer and not absorb any smells or warp. Loving the idea I hope to see a stainless steel version sometime soon!

Please please make an extra large one for the big kitties! Stainless steel for any part the litter touches (including waste tray) and maybe the step a little bigger for our senior kitties who don’t balance well. Your new moon-box style is a great idea, thank you for working on it!

I do think there should be a stainless steel version as well as a more affordable plastic one. my boyfriend and I are more than willing to pay extra for steel though!

san diego native and cat mom here who can never get into robot litter boxes because technology can always go wrong, i would give y'all every last dollar i have for a stainless steel one. don't know why this has not been made yet, but i absolutely love this.

I’d buy this right now if the inside was stainless steel! And the catcher tray too. Such a clever design and so much safer than the robots.

like everyone else is saying if you might them slightly bigger and stainless (even if it was lining all throughout the inside and the tray) I'd buy two. I really like the idea though!
