What’s your fave mouth tape brand? A lot I have tried are “too sticky”? Like they irritate my skin with the adhesive!

I also have Sjogrens and I’ve read that mouth tape can increase dry mouth. Thoughts? I use AllDay mouth spray and Xylimelts overnight so if I could limit potential mouth breathing from my opening opening that would be great.
