I understand her point, I feel like she did not word it correctly. NO SHE IS NOT SEXIST. Let’s see here, society creates this mental image where families have roles. The woman cooks and takes care of the children while the men work for his wife. Just work. Just make money. (As he should) men are praised and considered “top-tier” (like she sad) by working. They say he’s a businessman and takes care of his children. But really that’s just bare-minimum. We are taught to believe it’s special. Women on the other hand take care of their children at home, barely have a life. Yet they are labeled as “mom.” And “housewife” or “average woman” like she said. There’s your difference. Men do the bare minimum and are called saints. If a woman saves her children from I don’t know a house fire, her action will still be underplayed. “Average woman” is just taking care of her children. She is trying to say that men get overly praised for doing things they should do. Women don’t get overly praised like them and it’s the truth. That’s why she’s saying “What is considered a top-tier man, is the equivalent of what we call an average woman.”

Trip :
I figured this is just coming from the perspective of someone who prefers feminine qualities. so a top tier man would have all the masculine qualities of a top tier man, as well as some feminine qualities of an average woman. so she would only focus on the feminine part
