Don't feel guilty about buying that sweater. It looked amazing on you. I don't get anxiety in stores, but I get anxiety crossing Highways and busy road ways. As a medic, I am very much aware that people don't stop at crosswalks and red lights and it gives me traumatic responses. When I saw how far you had to walk to get to the mall, I would've just driven home myself lol I also go sit in the bookstore as my safe place to regulate my feelings and emotions. I love watching your videos. Thank you for sharing your life.
