A people-pleasing entrepreneur may accept it because they are afraid of disappointing someone. A respected CEO can make an unpopular decision when it protects the future of the business. A leader who needs everyone to like them may avoid that decision until it is too late. Kevin’s idea of separating people into noise or signal is really about protecting your focus.
