@visual.healthlab: Spine surgery doesn’t happen overnight. In most cases, it’s the result of years of gradual damage that builds up silently. Herniated disc, sciatica, spinal stenosis, degenerative disc disease, and nerve compression all have root causes most people overlook daily. In this video, I break down the 4 main causes that often lead people to spine surgery: natural wear and tear, repeated stress, injuries, and genetics. Before it gets to surgery, your spine usually sends warning signs. The question is, are you paying attention to them? Comment which factor you think is affecting your spine the most, and stay tuned for the next video where I’ll show simple daily habits that may help protect your spine and reduce long-term damage #SpineSurgery #BackPainRelief #HerniatedDisc #SciaticaPain #SpineHealthUSA

Yard work!! Lots lots of yard work!!! It’s a shame I just had my L4 L5 S1 fixed six titanium bolts, two titanium rods and two titanium spacers of 56 years old surgery was six months ago. I feel great but I do have a little arthritis so I’m a little stiff in the morning, but once I get moving, I’m fine unfortunately the yardwork is still there.

a lot of these CAN HEAL!!! you will have to be diligent about the work, and helping your body for an extended period of time, but doing the right movements and exercises can help you heal properly.
