Place the bar on your upper traps. 3. Grip the bar close to your shoulders. 4. Point your elbows slightly down. 5. Squeeze your shoulder blades together. 6. Take 2–3 steps back. 7. Position your feet about shoulder-width apart. 8. Turn your toes slightly outward. 9. Keep your chest up and your back neutral. 10.
