When I had Bells Palsy, I did acupuncture, and that was the only thing that helped. Not sure if it would work for you but you might wanna try!

I have bells palsy too, I’ve had it since 2018. They told me six months, but it never went away. And mine is a lot like yours where it’s only noticeable sometimes, but not all the time.

I literally just got ride of my Bell’s palsy last week. It took a month. Not being able to whistle was a pain. How many days of prednisone did they give you?

I had Bell’s palsy a few years ago and I was cracking up about it. It was freaking hilarious when I’d laugh and half my face just didn’t get the message. My neuro said 90% of people have 90% recovery in 90 days. It’s been a few years and I still have very slight weakness on that side and some really weird souvenirs. Wish you luck girlie!!
