My contractor didn’t use a Vapor barrier underneath my lvp flooring from lifeproof… I asked chat and it said it might not be needed depending if it’s build in? Do you know ?

I’m not sure if you did or not since you didn’t say in the video but it’s really important that you let your floor acclimate to the room where it is going to be in. You need to let it sit in the room anywhere from 3-5 days because lvp expands once it acclimates

For anyone looking to do this: AVOID THE BIG BOX STORES. Look for flooring at flooring stores or straight from the supplier. It’s so much cheaper.

Knee pads were legit a MUST. Just did my floors for the first time, as well! I unfortunately got 7mm wood based planks, and it’s been quite the learning experience since I couldn’t use a knife on them at all! Lol Glad we’re both tackling the obstacles full force. Go Queen! 🙌🥰👑

How do you know which way to install the flooring like towards the length or width of the room I wanna cover my garage concrete that was turned into a living space and I acid stained the floors but now I want lvp. It’s not against any other hardwood it’s off my kitchen that’s tile. But do I lay it long ways or short ways
