This is why I’m not on a “diet”. 80/20 rule. Far more sustainable and makes me a helm of a lot more happy. And I’m not “cheating” on anything when I do enjoy something more caloric that makes me happy

I just gave myself the space to enjoy what I wanted and I actually think I ended up eating less than I would have if I hunted myself into trying to be “healthy”. 🤷🏻♀️purposely didn’t track my macros/calories and just enjoyed the day and got back on track the next day!
