Nice and Cannes are just meh. I’d completely skip those. You cannot do Eze, Monaco and Menton in one day unless you’re just there to take selfies and say you’ve been there. If you do that you don’t even experience the unique nuances of the towns only the tourist traps. You missed St Paul de Vence. It’s special. The rest of your itinerary I would agree with.

I would skip Menton. Also you can’t take uber out of Monaco & I paid $100 just to get a taxi out & had to wait an hour for it in the summer
