cuz why is it when I use a warm water it makes my cramps hurt more but when I use cold it stops hurting 😭

heat pad or disposable hand warmers packs work well but unfortunately nothing is going to eliminate it for good for you 😕 diet has some to do with it also 🙏🏻

i used to use ice and belt as compression to help for the cramps until i realized they made me carsick and nauseous, now i just do the crab dance and eat hot food
