It’s tomatoes, onion, garlic, knorr, salt pepper and either crema or cream cheese or both. Sometimes people will add chipotle, I usually do. It’s just spaghetti Rosa. There’s also spaghetti verde that has poblano peppers in it

I keep seeing comments saying that’s not real Mexican spaghetti and let me just say everyone is wrong(.) It is Mexican spectating because Mexican moms make it as if they’re making regular American spaghetti but everyone adds their own twist or just simply make it different. There are many ways of making it. We have spaghetti that is in a green sauce but let me tell you I’ve seen many different ways of making green spaghetti and there’s red spaghetti but there are many different ways of making that. Ok to sum this all up I think what you’re eating is a creamy chorizo base sauce spaghetti that has hot dogs for added protein!

The sauce is made with Salvadoran crema, Honduran crema, or a Mexican crema it’s like a Central American version of sour cream kind of , but it’s mixed in with tomato sauce which gives it that bright color
