Do y’all think housekeeping is handled by like magic? Those are people with a work schedule. Housekeeping shows up around 7:30 am, they do their pre-shift meeting, get their supplies together, and get their rooms done in time for check in at 3. There are different teams that handle restocking glasses and linens, versus cleaning. Plus overnight stays. A hotel is a machine that runs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Keeping one on the rails when you’re at high occupancy requires a time table that rivals a railroad
