Also buying things create noise in our lives. It gets delivered, it may be wrong size or just not great, then we need to return, wait for credit. And just burning our previous time. But I do feel like you need to buy when you see what you like when you heed it you can’t always a find it on demand. I just need it to be a must have not nice to have

Buy buy buy just creates clutter, it’s a mental drain to find space for everything. When I want something I really think about if it’s adding value to my life, such as replacing something that’s broken or if I’m just buying it because I like it even if I don’t really need it. You can only wear so many items of clothing in a week, therefore I now only buy new clothes to replace something: one in one out, either because its broken or because I genuinely don’t like it anymore and it’s not been worn in a long time.

I try same. I now put in a Pinterest board and wait it out. If I still feel I need it, that’s when I get it. Many times I don’t really need to have purchased.
