@seattleultrasonics: Unboxing and cut tests with the first ultrasonic chef's knife from Seattle Ultrasonics. The blade arrives with a sharp factory edge, but cutting becomes even easier when the ultrasonics are on. Food releases better, too, so you spend less time getting stuck foods off the blade between cuts. It just glides. You can tell from the video it's barely audible (the microphones pick up some interference) and makes a little misting noise when the blade is wet. Besides that, you can treat it like a normal knife. I'm biased, of course, but once you get used to the assist from an ultrasonic knife, switching back to a traditional knife feels like running with weights on. #knives #chefsknife #ultrasonicknife #unboxing
