@foodwithstyle_official: Ad | Delicious Sugar Buns Recipe 🤍 Soft, fluffy sugar buns with a delicate buttery sweetness – light, airy, and perfectly golden. 🥰 📝 Ingredients Makes: approx. 10 buns Dough • 250 g all-purpose flour (2 cups) • 40 g sugar (3 tbsp) • 1 tsp dry yeast • 120 ml lukewarm milk (½ cup) • 40 g soft butter (3 tbsp) • 1 egg (medium size) • 1 pinch salt • some freshly ground vanilla Filling • 60 g very soft butter (¼ cup) • 60 g sugar (⅓ cup) Extra • 1 egg yolk + 1–2 tsp milk (for brushing) • pearl sugar • powdered sugar for dusting 🤍 Instructions 1. Sift the all-purpose flour into a bowl and form a well in the center. Add the dry yeast, a little of the sugar, and some of the lukewarm milk. Let it activate briefly. 2. Add the remaining ingredients and knead for 8–10 minutes until a smooth dough forms. Cover and let rise for 60–90 minutes, or until doubled in size. 3. Divide the dough into 10 equal portions and shape them into balls. 4. Mix the soft butter and sugar until smooth and creamy. 5. Roll each dough ball into a rectangle and spread evenly with the butter-sugar mixture. 6. Roll up tightly from the long side. Cut the roll lengthwise from the top almost to the end, leaving the bottom intact. 7. Bring the two ends together to form a ring and place it directly into a muffin pan. 8. Let the buns rise again for about 20 minutes. 9. Brush with the egg yolk-milk mixture and sprinkle with pearl sugar. 10. Bake at 180°C (350°F), top and bottom heat, for 18–22 minutes, until golden brown. 11. Let the buns cool completely, then lightly dust with powdered sugar. Enjoy baking 🤗 🤍
