counting calories is such a hack man, it changed my life. im not ever gna stop. i can go over sometimes, i can go lower, i can drink, and then i can chill. for yrs, without knowing it, i was in a constant calorie surplus. FOR YEARS. and i had no idea. just because i ignored calories!!! insane
