Oof, I knew it, She didnt know about the policy. She didnt have any allergies that they knew of before this. Kids allergies are based either by parents genes and etcera. But that doesn't mean you ignore a Policy that's given to the school to keep children safe. The reaction she had could have been worse than it was

I went from eating cranberry sauce straight out the can as a kid to anaphylaxis as an adult. Allergies can DEVELOP.

The PE teacher sounds like she could be friends with my bio-mom. My bio-mom didn't believe that my allergy to beef was real and that it was just a lifestyle choice. She kept incorporating beef into my meals for weeks after my diagnosis
