Day 36 of doing these ancient Chinese-inspired movements every morning. 👊 I woke up with a bit of pain in my right shoulder today. I think I probably slept on it awkwardly after spending most of yesterday travelling home from Turkey. But here’s the thing… Compared to where I was 5 weeks ago, it’s still a huge improvement. Since making this part of my daily routine, I’ve personally noticed: ✅ Significantly less shoulder pain overall ✅ Less knee pain ✅ Better range of movement and mobility ✅ Less stiffness when I wake up ✅ More energy throughout the day ✅ A more positive mindset ✅ Better recovery after gym sessions ✅ I actually look forward to getting up and moving every morning If you’d like to join me, here’s the routine: ✅ Lymphatic Hops – 60 seconds ✅ Body Waves – 60 seconds ✅ Trunk Twists – 60 seconds ✅ Arm Swings – 60 seconds ✅ Dead Arms – 60 seconds ✅ Golf Swings – 60 seconds ✅ Ballet Squats – 60 seconds ✅ Marches – 60 seconds ✅ Horseback Stance – 60 seconds 💾 Save this video. 🔁 Play it on loop. ⏱️ Do each movement for 60 seconds, then move straight on to the next exercise.
