The BEST Ramen recipe you’ll ever try, all thanks to @frök.it 🫶🏾🤍  All you need for the ingredients: • 2 scallions • 2 cloves garlic • 4 oz coleslaw mix (shredded cabbage and carrots) • 10 oz ground beef or tofu  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds • 1 oz Szechuan paste • 1.15 oz peanut butterr • 1 pork ramen stock concentrate • 1 chicken stock concentrate • 6 oz ramen noodles • 1 tsp chili flakes (optional, to taste) • Salt and pepper • Cooking oil How to make: 1. Prep Ingredients: Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Thinly slice scallions, separating whites from greens. Mince garlic. 2. Char Cabbage: Heat a drizzle of oil in a pot over high heat. Cook coleslaw mix, stirring constantly, until lightly charred (1-2 minutes). Set aside. 3. Cook Beef & Start Broth: In the same pot, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add scallion whites and garlic; cook for 20-30 seconds. Add ground beef, half the sesame seeds, and ¼ tsp salt; cook until browned and cooked through (5-7 minutes). 4. Finish Broth: Stir in Szechuan paste and peanut butter; cook for 1-2 minutes. Add beef and chicken stock concentrates and 2½ cups water; bring to a boil, then simmer for 2-4 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. 5. Cook Noodles: While broth simmers, cook ramen in boiling water until tender (1-2 minutes). Drain and rinse under cold water for 30 seconds. 6. Assemble: Divide noodles between bowls. Pour broth over noodles, top with charred cabbage, and garnish with scallion greens, remaining sesame seeds, and chili flakes to taste.
